Monday’s Meeting: Balk Family Park Update!

Pictured is my dad, Walt Gutowski Jr., Grand Rapids’ former First Ward City Commissioner, and me. Lately, people have been asking me why I got into politics, and it all started with my upbringing. Like many, I grew up walking in parades, going to campaign parties, and precinct walking. I always thought maybe someday I’d serve too. I’m so grateful to have the best mentors and parents around.
