  • Approved Pinehurst Change Order + Pay Application No. 5 (Supervisor Grimm reviewing $1,600 fee)

  • Discussed Cannon Trail proposal from Prein & Newhof

  • Discussed Townsend Park’s 100th Anniversary Celebration

  • Reviewed and approved Fire Station #1 needs from Chief Morris

  • Sept 22 | 5:30 p.m. â€“ Kies Section Trail Meeting @ Fire Training Room

From the July 28 Agenda:

  • Balk Family Park update, going slower that we’d like

  • Bella Woods Ordinance Amendment (Conditional Rezone Request) passes 6-1 for 68 homes all on sewer with trail easement connecting to our other trails.

  • Bostwick Lake Drain Easement, neighbors discuss a public entry point on Kitson Dr. 5 houses down from Bostwick Lake Park.

  • Planning Commission appointment, Rita Proctor is our new member

  • We’re ordering a new fire truck

  • Pinehurst fee, Supervisor Grimm is working on it pro-bono.
